Welcome to Johnsrud Employment Law Advocates. I am now representing employees and employers in employment law disputes and related advice. Employment law disputes are all about people and the failure of their working relationships. The best part of my work is partnering with my client, hearing their story, and then digging into the details to figure out what went wrong and how to move through the dispute.
Johnsrud Employment Law Advocates is a people-centered employment law practice. My first concern is your dispute. There are many paths to resolution in employment disputes: informal negotiations, mediation, court litigation or arbitration. At every turn in the process, I will advocate for you. “Advocates” is a deliberate word choice in my firm name. My work is to be your advocate, not to decide the case–the work of the judge, juror or arbitrator. I will put your case in the best position possible and seek your desired result.
The dictionary defines an advocate as “one who pleads the cause of another before a tribunal or judicial court.” Whether your case requires a trial, litigation, mediation, or negotiations, I have the experience, tools and track record to take you through the process to resolution.
